Submissions will be accepted
between December 1, 2015, and February 28, 2016.
·
Members of the East Beach Writer’s
Guild or residents of East Beach peninsula are eligible to submit.
·
Each eligible person may submit up to

submissions, additional stories by the same author may be selected.
·
Submissions may be fiction or
nonfiction.
·
Stories must be between 3,500–7,000
words and must be an original story that has not been previously published.
·
All submissions must portray the
neighborhood of East Beach in a favorable light, and East Beach must be central
to the story.
·
There will be no author compensation.
100% of proceeds will be donated to local charitable causes which support
literacy. Charities will be determined by the East Beach Writer’s Guild
AUTHOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·
Each author who submits a
story agrees to read and evaluate two submissions for inclusion in the

Ø
Inventory (requires handling books at all signing events and
making sure that stores carrying the books do not run out of inventory)
Ø
Social Media—Facebook/Twitter/Snapchat/Tmblr and anything
else new
Ø
Blog
Ø

Ø

anthology.
